Orenburgneft might pay 38.2 bln rubles in 9M dividends

ORENBURG. Dec 7 (Interfax) - OJSC Orenburgneft might pay its shareholders 38.204 billion rubles in dividends for the nine months of 2012.

The company's shareholders will discuss nine-month dividends at an extraordinary meeting on December 28, the company said in a statement.

Orenburgneft's board of directors has recommended that shareholders approve payouts of 417.56 rubles per each type of share, the company told Interfax.

According to Interfax's SPARK database, Orenburgneft has charter capital of 3.66 million rubles divided into 69.053 million ordinary shares and 22.44 million preferred shares, par value 4 kopecks each.

Orenburgneft has not disclosed its net profit for January-September.

The extraordinary meeting will be held in-absentia in Moscow. The list of shareholders with the right to participate was compiled on December 6.

Orenburgneft, one of TNK-BP's key assets, owns subsoil use licenses in the Orenburg, Samara, Saratov and Astrakhan regions.

As of September 30, TNK-BP Holding (Tyumen region) owned 91.2811% of Orenburgneft's charter capital (97.1244% of its ordinary share), and Novy Investments Limited (Cyprus) owned 8.719% (2.8756%).
