Rosneft increases stake in Murmansknefteprodukt to 45.38%
MOSCOW. Dec 10 (Interfax) - Rosneft has increased its stake in OJSC Rosneft-Murmansknefteprodukt from 38% to 45.38%.
According to Interfax's SPARK database, these changes took place in the middle of October.
Rosneft's retail subsidiary in the Murmansk region estimates its share of the regional fuel market at 48% (in terms of petroleum product sales), according to its annual financial statement. Last year, the company sold 151,300 tonnes of petroleum products. According to Rosneft's website, Murmansknefteprodukt operates 36 filling stations.
In the second half of this year and the first half of next year, the company plans to sell eight filling stations. It sold one station in Murmansk at the beginning of December, according to Murmansknefteprodukt's financial statement for the third quarter.
