Putin: Family with 3 children should become norm in Russia
MOSCOW. Dec 12 (Interfax) - A family with three children should become a norm in Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"Demographers claim that a choice in favor of a second child is a potential choice in favor of a third one. It is important for a family to take such a step," Putin said in an annual address to the Federal Assembly on Wednesday.
"I am convinced that a family with three children should become a norm in Russia," he said.
