Chairman of Russian Sea board of directors leaving Stroytransgaz board
MOSCOW. Dec 12 (Interfax) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Russian Sea Group Maxim Vorobyov is leaving the board of directors of Orel-based OJSC Stroytransgaz.
A letter addressed to Igor Romashov, the chairman of Stroytransgaz's board of directors, contained a request to terminate the board's powers ahead of schedule. In accordance with Russian law, the process of calling an extraordinary shareholder meeting has been initiated, at which a new board of directors will be elected, Stroytransgaz reported.
Vorobyov was elected an independent member of Stroytransgaz's board of directors at an extraordinary shareholder meeting this past March.
