Putin, Iraq PM discuss "implementation of agreements" in phone call

MOSCOW. Dec 12 (Interfax) - Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki telephoned Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.

The two leaders "exchanged opinions on the implementation of agreements reached during the Iraqi prime minister's visit to Russia in October 2012," the Russian president's office said in a statement.
