Deputies unblock Verkhovna Rada rostrum
KYIV. Dec 13 (Interfax) - Pro-opposition deputies have unblocked the rostrum and presidium in the Ukrainian parliament hall.
Party of Regions member Oleksandr Yefremov, who chairs today's session, announced a debate ahead of electing the parliament speaker.
