MICEX admits 5 Uralsib Leasing Co exchange bond issues worth 10.5 bln rubles to trade
MOSCOW. Dec 14 (Interfax) - The MICEX stock exchange admitted LLC Uralsib Leasing Company's BO-10 through BO-14 exchange bond series worth 10.5 billion rubles to trade during placement, the exchange reported.
The issues have been assigned identification numbers 4B02-10-36314-R - 4B02-14-36314-R respectively.
BO-10 and BO-11 are worth 3 billion rubles each, BO-12 is worth 2 billion rubles, BO-13 - 1.5 billion rubles and BO-14 - 1 billion rubles. Each bond has a face value of 1,000 rubles.
The bonds will circulate for three years.
At present, Uralsib Leasing Company's BO-01 through BO-07 and BO-09 exchange bonds worth a combined 13.25 billion rubles are outstanding.
Uralsib Leasing Company is part of Uralsib Financial Corporation. Uralsib Bank owns 87.6% of its charter capital.
