Investigative Committee denies searches of Navalny family homes

MOSCOW. Dec 14 (Interfax) - The Russian Investigative Committee has refuted the alleged searches of the homes of the Navalny family in the investigation of the case of the Navalny brothers.

"Only the willow weaving factory in Kobyakovo and the office of Oleg Navalny at the Post of Russia have been searched," committee spokesman Vladimir Markin told Interfax on Friday.

The homes of Oleg and Alexei Navalny and their family members were not searched, Markin said.

Alexei Navalny reported the searches earlier.

"They searched my brother's place and the place of my parents," Navalny tweeted.
