Transneft prices 34 bln rubles in bonds at 7.5%

MOSCOW. Dec 19 (Interfax) - Transneft set yield on the first coupon of a total of 34 billion rubles in series Bo-01 and Bo-02 exchange-traded bonds at 7.5% pa during book-building December 17-18, the oil pipeline operator said in a statement.

Initial guidance was 7.7-8% pa, but this was later lowered to 7.5-7.7%.

Each of the issues will mature in three years and is 17 billion rubles in volume. They will be placed on the MICEX exchange on December 24.
