Sibur merges 3 plants into SiburTyumenGaz

MOSCOW. Dec 25 (Interfax) - Sibur Holding has merged three gas processing plants - OJSC Gubkinsky GPK, OJSC Yuzhno-Balyksky GPK and CJSC Noyabrsky GPK - into OJSC SiburTyumenGaz, the Russian petrochemicals group said in a statement.

SiburTyumenGaz combines these three gas processing plants in Western Siberia, which have now been restructured from independent firms into branches of the company, as well as the branch Vyngapurovsky GPZ, another gas processing plant.
