Yakutia-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok gas pipeline to be called Power of Siberia - Putin

MOSCOW. Dec 27 (Interfax) - The Yakutia-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok gas pipeline is to receive the name Power of Siberia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a State Council meeting.

Putin had instructed Gazprom to hold a competition for naming the new pipeline. The winning suggestion was provided by Alexander Artyukhin of Arzamas.
