Former deputy head of Butyrka will likely be acquitted in Magnitsky case
MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - The Moscow Tverskoi District Court did not state the guilt of Dmitry Kratov, former deputy head of the Butyrka prison, who was charged in negligence resulting in the death in the detention facility of Hermitage Capital lawyer Sergei Magnitsky, was established.
The motives part of the sentence states that the defendant was charged, whereas the indictment stated that the fact that Kratov had committed a crime had been determined, an Interfax correspondent has reported.
