Acron to pay out at least 30% of IFRS net profits as dividends
MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - The board of directors at OJSC Acron have approved a new version of company dividend policy that has dividends amounting to at least 30% of net profits to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), a company press release says.
Dividends will be paid out at least twice a year.
An Acron dividend policy approved in 2007 and good for five years had dividend payments at no less than 30% of net profits to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS).
