Bank Vozrozhdenie gets 2nd tranche of subordinate deposit

MOSCOW. Jan 8 (Interfax) - Bank Vozrozhdenie got a second tranche of the subordinated deposit in December, amounting to 1 billion rubles, under an agreement, signed in July 2012, the bank said in a press release.

The terms remained unchanged - 9.25% annually with an eight-year maturity period. The capital drawn will have Tier II status in compliance with the Central Bank's instructions and Basel Standards. The first tranche worth 1 billion rubles was drawn in the summer of 2012, earlier reports said.

The second tranche will help the main maintain a comfortable level of capital sufficiency, which will guarantee further growth of the loan portfolio, Deputy CEO Andrei Shalimov said, according to the press release.

Bank Vozrozhdenie ranked 29th in terms of assets in the third quarter of 2012 in the Interfax-100 ranking, drawn up by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis.
