Russian oil exports to non-CIS countries 0.3% down in 2012
MOSCOW. Jan 9 (Interfax) - Russian oil exports to non-Commonwealth of Independent States countries went down by 0.3% to 211.477 million tonnes (4.235 million barrels a day) in 2012, according to the Fuel and Energy Dispatch Center (CDU).
Russia exported 16.960 million tonnes of crude in December (4.010 million barrels per day).
Transneft pipelines carried 189.635 million tonnes of crude to non-CIS countries, in addition to 21.843 million tonnes supplied other than by Transneft.
Transneft delivered 14.937 million tonnes of crude to non-CIS countries in December.
Transneft shipped 42.511 million tonnes of crude via the port of Novorossiysk (including transit) last year and 3.248 million tonnes in December; 0.739 million tonnes (none in December) via Tuapse, 16.299 million tonnes (1.798 million) via Kozmino, 68.153 million tonnes (4.589 million) via Primorsk, and 14.280 million tonnes (1.699 million) via Ust-Luga.
Exports to non-CIS countries through Transneft pipelines stood last year at 60.916 million tonnes (5.180 million) of Rosneft oil, 24.643 million tonnes (1.590 million) of Lukoil oil, 26.718 million tonnes (2.346 million) of Surgutneftegaz oil, 30.133 million tonnes (2.089 million) of TNK-BP Holding oil, 11.945 million tonnes (0.813 million) of Gazprom Neft oil, and 11.881 million tonnes (0.922 million) of Tatneft oil.
Enterprises unaffiliated with vertically integrated oil companies moved to non-CIS countries by Transneft pipelines 10.928 million tonnes of crude in 2012 (0.937 million in December). PSA operators exported 1.556 million tonnes (0.131 million).
Kazakhstan transited 19.178 million tonnes (1.598 million), Azerbaijan - 2.000 million tonnes (0.167 million) and Turkmenistan - 0.014 million (none in November).
Russian oil companies cut oil exports to CIS countries by 5.7% in 2012 to 28.167 million tonnes (2.775 million tonnes in December). Exports to Ukraine dipped by 6.4 times year-on-year to 0.725 million tonnes (Russia stopped oil exports to Ukraine in March 2012). Russian oil exports to Kazakhstan reduced by 13.3% to 6.145 million tonnes (0.728 million in December).
Oil exports to Belarus grew by 17.4% to 21.297 million tonnes in 2012 (2.047 million).
