Transneft plans to up investments in new projects 1.5-fold in 2013
MOSCOW. January 9 (Interfax) - Transneft plans to invest 161.5 billion rubles in new projects in 2013, which is 1.5 times more in comparison with its plans for 2012, according to the pipeline monopoly's materials.
In particular, Transneft expects to invest 11.6 billion rubles in the second stage of the Eastern Siberian - Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline system; 10.8 billion rubles in expanding ESPO-I to 58 million tonnes; 6.2 billion rubles in a branch from ESPO to the Komsomolsk Oil Refinery (a total of 47.9 billion rubles by 2016); 15.9 billion rubles in the Kuyumba-Taishet oil pipeline (114.4 billion rubles in 2012-2016); 73.5 billion rubles in the Zapolyarye-Purpe pipeline; 5.5 billion rubles in expanding a pipeline system to transport 12 million tonnes of oil a year to the Tuapse Oil Refinery; 5.7 billion rubles in the comprehensive reconstruction of the Sheskharis transshipment complex (42.3 billion rubles by 2020); and 16 billion rubles in reconstructing Transneft's main oil pipelines (83.6 billion rubles by 2018).
This year, there are plans to increase oil transport by 0.5% in comparison with the plan for 2012, to 480.7 million tonnes. Revenue from regulated services is expected to total 510.7 billion rubles, and cost of goods sold should total 313.5 billion rubles. Petroleum product flows are slated to fall 4% below the 2012 plan to 30.4 million tonnes, revenue will amount to 35.6 billion rubles, and cost of goods sold - 23.9 billion rubles.
