Medvedev demands punishment for persons responsible for major heating accidents
GORKI. Jan 10 (Interfax) - Persons responsible for heating accidents that froze entire villages must be punished, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a public utility tariffs conference on Thursday.
"There have been outrageous accidents and whole villages have been freezing" in a number of regions lately, he said.
"The culprits must be punished," Medvedev said.
