Gazprom Neft stockholders increase number of directors for 2nd time
MOSCOW. Jan 15 (Interfax) - The Gazprom Neft shareholders voted at an extraordinary, in-absentia January 15 meeting to increase the number of seats on the company board of directors from eleven to twelve, the company said.
They also voted changes and additions to the company charter.
This is the second time in recent weeks that the board has been increased. The shareholders elected eleven members on December 25, an increase of one seat.
Now on the board are Leningrad Region Governor Valery Serdyukov, Gazprom Neft chief executive Alexander Dyukov, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, Gazprom deputy CEOs Valery Golubev, Andrei Kruglov, Kirill Seleznev, Nikolai Dubik, Vsevolod Cherepanov, Gazprom deputy department heads Vladimir Alisov and Alexander Mikheyev, and Gazprom's head of property management and corporate relations Yelena Mikhailova.
