Zarechnaya Mine buys Anzherskoye Mine Office
KEMEROVO. Jan 16 (Interfax) - OJSC Zarechnaya Mine, which is part of Zarechnaya Coal Company LLC in the Kemerovo region, has consolidated 100% of the charter capital in OJSC Anzherskoye Mine Office, also in the Kemerovo region, Zarechnaya reported.
