Activist Razvozzhayev's prosecution for robbery closed for statute of limitations reasons - lawyer

MOSCOW. Jan 24 (Interfax) - Opposition activist Leonid Razvozzhayev's prosecution for robbery has been closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky said.

"Lawyer [Vyacheslav] Ivanets reports the case under Criminal Code Article 162 has been closed, but they are trying to hospitalize Razvozzhayev against his will," Agranovsky said on Twitter.

Agranovsky explained to Interfax that the case has been dropped due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
