Russian Finance Minister hopes inflation will be below 6% in 2013
MOSCOW. Jan 31 (Interfax) - Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said he hoped inflation would be below 6% in 2012.
Siluanov said non-monetary factors were playing a bigger role in inflation.
"The monetary factor in inflation is decreasing. The non-monetary factor, for example the harvest, is having the main influence. The government and Central Bank are taking all measures to lessen the impact of these factors too," Siluanov told reporters.
