Russian Reserve Fund up 704 bln rubles, Welfare Fund down 12 bln rubles in Jan - MinFin

MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - Russia's sovereign Reserve Fund contained just under 2.59 trillion rubles ($86.24 billion) and the National Welfare Fund (NWF) 2.68 trillion rubles ($89.21 billion) on February 1, up from 1.886 trillion rubles ($62.08 billion) and down from 2.691 trillion rubles ($88.59 billion), respectively on January 1, the Finance Ministry said.
