Dixy board extends CEO contract
MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - The board of Russian retailer Dixy on Friday extended the contract of its CEO Fyodor Rybasov for one year from February 8 2013, company materials show.
The board also allowed Rybasov to combine his CEO duties at Dixy with posts in the management bodies of any other organization within the Dixy group.
