Switch to winter time needs to be thoroughly assessed - Kremlin spokesman

SOCHI (Bocharov Ruchei). Feb 4 (Interfax) - The government should deal with the problem of the switch to winter time on the basis of a thorough analysis, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"This issue must be thoroughly studied and carefully weighed, taking all aspects into account. No simplistic approach is acceptable here, and this is what the president was talking about. Therefore, we are expecting corresponding conclusions to be provided following an analysis by the government," Peskov told the press.
