RZD reps quit Freight One board after last 25% sold to UCL
MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Representatives of Russian Railways (RZD) have now left the board of directors of OJSC Freight One following the sale of the last 25% of the company to Vladimir Lisin's UCL Group.
The last two RZD representatives, Salman Babayev and Alexei Davydov, were voted off the board at an extraordinary shareholders meeting on February 5, the operator said. Anton Batyrev, director of Libra Capital, and Vyacheslav Fyodorov, president of Lipetskkombank, replaced them. There were no other changes to the board.
