Regulator resumes Lenta series 1-3 bond issues

MOSCOW. Feb 8 (Interfax) - The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has resumed series 1-3 bond issues by retailer LLC Lenta (St. Petersburg), which total 10 billion rubles, FFMS reported.

FFMS registered the issues and bond prospectuses on January 11 2012. The issues were assigned registration numbers 4-01-36420-R to 4-03-36420-R. FFMS stopped the bond issues on January 14.

Series 1 and 2 both total 3 billion rubles each and series 3 totals 4 billion rubles. All shares have face value of 1,000 rubles.

Lenta placed the seven-year bonds through open subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange.

Early redemption is possible at the discretion of the issuer.

The Lenta chain includes over 40 hypermarkets in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Omsk, Rostov-on-the-Don and other cities.
