Dollar nearly unchanged, euro edges up Wed

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The U.S. dollar went practically unchanged against the ruble on the Moscow Exchange on Wednesday, whereas the euro edged up, resulting in the ruble's minor decline against the bi-currency basket.

By 7:00 p.m. Moscow time, the dollar stood at 30.038 rubles/$1, just 0.2 kopecks below Tuesday's close.

The euro had risen 6.75 kopecks to 40.48 rubles/EUR1, and the bi-currency basket had grown 3 kopecks to 34.737 rubles.
