MOSCOW. Feb 14 (Interfax) - Slavneft, a joint venture of TNK-BP and Gazprom Neft , has taken out a $730-million, three-year syndicated credit from a group of international banks, VTB said in a statement.

VTB's French subsidiary, VTB Bank (France) SA, was one of the organizers of the deal, which wrapped up last December.
