Moscow declares Georgian politician Targamadze internationally wanted - source
MOSCOW. Feb 19 (Interfax) - Moscow has declared Georgian parliamentarian Givi Targamadze internationally wanted on suspicion of instigating mass disturbances in Russia, a source familiar with the course of the investigation told Interfax.
The Russian Criminal Procedure Code Article 108, Part 5, stipulates that a suspect's arrest in absentia is possible only if the suspect is declared internationally wanted, he said.
