Russian govt to decide position on 60/66 duty system by May 1 - Dvorkovich
MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - The Russian government will by the first of May determine its position relative to the '60/66' oil and oil-product export duty system, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told the press.
"The preparation of a comprehensive proposal has been ordered before May 1, as by that time a draft of the main directions of tax policy will be ready," Dvorkovich said.
When the matter is considered, a decision will be made as to whether to change the system or leave it as-is, he said. "But in any event, there are no plans now to change something in 2014," he said.
