Iran willing to cooperate with intl community on uranium enrichment - Jalili

ALMATY. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Iran is willing to cooperate with the international community on uranium enrichment for Tehran's needs, says Saeed Jalili, the secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, who led an Iranian delegation at talks with the P5+1 in Almaty.

"As we said in Moscow, we put forward our proposal for cooperation, and [the P5+1] have come closer to our Moscow proposal," Jalili said at a news conference in Almaty in summing up outcomes of the talks.

"We believe we are entitled to enrichment. It is another matter whether it is 20% or 5%. But we can have cooperation in this area, and this will give us the opportunity to move ahead," Jalili added.
