Russian govt nominates Kovalchuk, Budargin, Kravchenko to Inter RAO board of directors

MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a governmental resolution nominating candidates for state representatives and independent directors to the board of directors and internal auditing commission at OJSC Inter RAO UES .

Those nominated are chairman of OJSC Federal Grid Company UES' management board Oleg Budargin and his counterparts at Inter RAO UES Boris Kovalchuk and Market Council Vyacheslav Kravchenko.

These candidates already occupy seats on Inter RAO's board of directors. The other current members are: President and CEO of GE Europe & North Asia Ferdinando Beccalli-Falco; Chairman of the Management Board of Vnesheconombank Vladimir Dmitriev; Rosatom's First Deputy General Director Alexander Lokshin; Director of the Marketing, Gas Processing and Liquid Hydrocarbons Department at Gazprom and General Director of LLC Mezhregiongaz Kirill Seleznyov; Vice President of MMC Norilsk Nickel Vladimir Strzhalkovsky; General Director of LLC Gazprom Energoholding (GEH) Denis Fyodorov; Deputy General Director of Rostec Dmitry Shugaev; and Russian Regional Development Bank President Grigory Kurtser (chairman of the board).
