Lenta lowers 1st coupon guidance on 3rd bond series to 9.8%-10%

MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - Hypermarket chain LLC Lenta has lowered the first coupon guidance for its third bond series to 9.8%-10% per annum, according to materials issued by Raiffeisenbank, which is organizing the deal along with VTB Capital.

This guidance corresponds to yield to a three-year offer of 10.04%-10.25% pa.

The bid book will close at 5:00 p.m. Moscow time on March 1.

Technical placement in open subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange is tentatively scheduled for March 5.

First coupon guidance was initially 10%-10.5% pa.

These are seven-year bonds carrying semi-annual coupons and 1,000-ruble face value.

The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered the issue and prospectus for Lenta's first through third bond series on January 11 last year. Series one and two are each of 3 billion rubles, and the third is worth 4 billion rubles.

Lenta, which owns a chain of hypermarkets, was founded in 1993 and has 56 stores in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Omsk, Rostov-on-Don and other Russian cities.
