President, premier of Georgia plan to meet on Monday

TBILISI. March 4 (Interfax) - Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili are expected to meet on Monday at a private residence.

The Georgian government press service report that the meeting will be closed to the media, journalists will be allowed to take photos and videos of only at its beginning.

This will be the second meeting of Saakashvili and Ivanishvili after the change of power in Georgia on October 1, 2012.

Constitutional amendments restricting the right of the president to dissolve the parliament and dismiss the Cabinet are expected to be the main item on the agenda. Saakashvili is determined to demand that the new Cabinet stop persecuting former officials.
