Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Nizhny Novgorod net profit down 29% in 2012
NIZHNY NOVGOROD. March 4 (Interfax) - Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Nizhny Novgorod (formerly Nizhny Novgorod TEK) saw net profit decline 29.4% to 204.081 million rubles in 2012 under Russian accounting standards, the company said in its annual financial report.
Revenue from sales rose 8.4% to 27.918 billion rubles, including 23.050 billion rubles from sale of gas.

Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Nizhny Novgorod is Gazprom's regional representatives responsible for wholesale gas sales in the region. In addition, the company sells gas to households, maintains billing information and collects payment from households for gas consumed.
RSh-Center (Moscow region) owns 50.93% of shares and the Nizhny Novgorod region's property ministry owns 49.07%.
