OSCE/ODIHR delegation to visit Minsk

MINSK. March 5 (Interfax) - A delegation of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights is expected to arrive in Minsk.

"Talks have been scheduled for March 6 between Alexander Zozulya, chairman of the parliamentary commission for state development, local self-government and regulations, and an OSCE/ODIHR delegation. The discussion will center on ways to perfect electoral legislation in Belarus," the parliamentary press service told Interfax on Tuesday.

The OSCE/ODIHR delegation is comprised of Tatyana Bogushevich, a senior election advisor, and Lusine Badalyan, an election advisor.

The talks will also involve Zozulya's deputy Pyotr Shikshnyan and member of the international affairs commission Valentina Leonenko.
