Mosenergo names nine 19 candidates nominated for 13-seat board
MOSCOW. March 12 (Interfax) - Mosenergo (TGK-3) has approved a list of 19 candidates for election to its 13-seat board of directors at its annual general meeting, a statement from the power company shows.
The list does not include Konstantin Pesotsky, the former deputy head of the Moscow property department, and Yevgeny Sklyarov, former head of the city's energy department.
Gazprom Energoholding (GEH), which owns 53.5% of Mosenergo, nominated 13 candidates. They include current board directors from Gazprom deputy CEO Valery Golubev, deputy head of the finance and economics department Alexander Lushko, head of property management and corporate relations Yelena Mikhailova, head of marketing and gas and liquid hydrocarbons processing Kirill Seleznyov, as well as GEH chief executive Denis Fyodorov, Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat CEO Damir Shavaleyev, Mosenergo CEO Vitaly Yakovlev and former OGK-2 CEO Alexei Mityushov (left the company in November 2012).
The new candidates nominated by GEH are CJSC Lider chief executive Anatoly Gavrilenko; GEH deputy CEO for capital construction Yury Dolin; Irina Korobkina, deputy head of electricity development and marketing in Gazprom's marketing and gas and liquid hydrocarbons processing department; GEH deputy CEO for economics and finance Mikhail Khodursky; and GEH first deputy CEO Pavel Shatsky.
Moscow's property department, which owns 26.45% of Mosenergo, has nominated Deputy Mayor for housing and public utilities Pyotr Biryukov; deputy property department head Vladimir Pogrebenko; as well as new candidates Andrei Ryumin, chief executive of OJSC OEK; Andrei Berezin of the property department; and Pavel Livinsky, head of the city's energy department.
Inter RAO Capital, which owns 5.05% of Mosenergo, has nominated Ilnar Mirsiyapov, head of strategy and investment at OJSC Inter RAO UES .
Mosenergo is Russia's largest regional generating company, with installed capacity of 12.3 GW.
