Moody's lowers Mechel rating from "B2" to "B3", outlook neg

MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - Moody's has lowered its corporate family rating assigned to the Mechel from "B2" to "B3", the rating agency said in a press release.

The rating outlook was lowered from stable to negative.
