Tripartite consortium to manage Ukrainian transport system hinges in Europe - Ukrainian PM
KYIV. March 19 (Interfax) - The establishment of a tripartite consortium to manage the Ukrainian gas transportation system depends on Ukraine's European partners, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.
"The establishment of a tripartite consortium depends on the third party. We are ready and Russia is ready. Where is this third party? Where is the EU's support for this format of cooperation in managing the gas transportation consortium?" Azarov said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday.
The negotiations on setting up a tripartite consortium for managing the Ukrainian gas transportation system have continued for three years, and it is time to bring them to an end, he said.
