Gazprom to buy Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat stock from minority holders at a little over market
MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - The main shareholder in OJSC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat , Gazprom Pererabotka LLC, has sent to company minority holders a mandatory offer to buy their shares, a statement from the Bashkortostan enterprise says.
The shares will be bought for 5,385 rubles each, 6% higher than their market value on March 22, when the offer was made. At that price, Gazprom Pererabotka bought stock in the enterprise in the context of a mandatory offer in July of last year.
The date a list of owners of the stock to be bought was established was March 17.
Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat's charter capital consists of 18.55 million rubles split into the same number of shares with par value of one ruble. Gazprom Pererabotka, a wholly owned Gazprom subsidiary, owns 97.86% of the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat stock.
To buy up the shares, Gazprom Pererabotka will spend some 2.1 billion rubles.
