Sibur to pay 7.6 bln rubles in 2012 dividends
MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - Sibur Holding is set to pay another 7.6 billion rubles in dividends for 2012 in addition to the 7.4 billion rubles already paid to shareholders for the first half of 2012, Sibur said in a statement.
The board recommended a dividend of 3.5 rubles per share. Shareholders will vote on the recommendation at the AGM scheduled for April 25.
Sibur paid dividends totaling 21.8 billion rubles for 2011.
The AGM agenda includes the standard items as well as a request to the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) to exempt Sibur from information disclosure requirements.
Sibur posted a net profit of 45.1 billion rubles in the first nine months of 2012 under IFRS, up from 44.1 billion rubles in the same period of 2011. Sibur plans to report full-year results on April 3.
Sibur Limited controls 99.99% of Sibur Holding and Sibur Finance LLC has 0.00000459%. Sibur Limited's main beneficiaries are Leonid Mikhelson and Gennady Timchenko. Company management has 5.5%.
