Gazprom Neft to discuss convocation of AGM Apr 12

MOSCOW. March 26 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Gazprom Neft will meet on April 12 to discuss the convocation of the annual general shareholder meeting, the company said in a statement.

In particular, the board will consider the allocation of Gazprom Neft's profit for 2012 and recommendations regarding the size of dividends.

Furthermore, the board will review the annual report for 2012, the execution of the company's investment program and budget for 2012, remuneration for board of directors members, and the candidate for 2013 auditor.
