Uralvagonzavod to place 5 bond issues worth 15 bln rubles total

YEKATERINBURG. March 26 (Interfax) - The board of directors of OJSC Scientific Production Corporation Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) on Tuesday decided to place BO-01 through BO-05 exchange bonds, worth 3 billion rubles each, UVZ said in its materials.

UVZ plans to place these seven-year bonds under open subscription. The placement price per bond will be equal to the face value, at 1,000 rubles. The bonds will have 14 semiannual coupons.
