Quadra creates energy sales company
TULA. March 26 (Interfax) - OJSC Quadra has created an energy sales company called LLC Quadra - Energy Sales Company in accordance with a board of directors resolution, Quadra said in a press release.
"The energy sales company has been founded to optimize and improve performance in retail electric power markets, as well as to mitigate the risks related with deprivation of statuses of guaranteeing suppliers, operating in the regions of presence of JSC Quadra - Power Generation," Quadra's Director for Energy Markets Valery Soldatov is quoted as saying in the press release.
LLC Quadra - Energy Sales Company will become a uniform competent center for operations in retail markets, will help to optimize expenses related with electricity purchases for the company's own needs, as well as contribute to expanding the client base on Quadra's retail markets.
