Acron buying another 26 mln rubles of Dorogobuzh shares

MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - Russian mineral fertilizer producer Acron is acquiring 1.31 million ordinary shares and 259,825 preferred shares in OJSC Dorogobuzh on the MICEX Stock Exchange, Dorogobuzh said in a statement.

The companies signed the contracts on March 29.

Based on the price of Dorogobuzh shares at the end of trade on March 28, the value of the stake is approximately 26 million rubles.

Dorogobuzh has charter capital of 218.9 million rubles divided into 721.183 million ordinary shares and 154.256 million preferred shares, par value 25 kopecks each. Prior to the transaction, Acron owned 86.9% of the company's charter capital.
