Expenses of legal entities registered for officials' relatives, underage children could go undeclared - Kremlin
MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - Expenses of legal entities registered for state officials' spouses and their underage children could go undeclared, Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of the Presidential Administration, Yevgeny Shkolov, said.
"Expenses are certainly not declared," Shkolov said at a briefing on Tuesday when asked whether state officials would be obligated to report major expenses of companies registered for their relatives.
The current anti-corruption law states that a state official should report large purchases by his family if the purchase cost exceeds the 3-year joint income of the family.
