Investments in Iskander-M tactical missile system program should reach 40 bln rubles - design bureau chief

KOLOMNA, Moscow region. April 3 (Interfax-AVN) - The overall investments in the program for the production of the Iskander-M tactical missile systems should amount to about 40 billion rubles, Valery Kashin, the general director of KBM (the Machine-Building Design Bureau located in Kolomna, the Moscow region, affiliated with the High-Precision Systems research and production association), told Interfax-AVN.

"As much as 24 billion rubles should be allocated for this program from the budget. This makes 60% of the planned investments. The rest should be invested by the enterprises themselves. The total amount of investments in the period up to 2020 should be some 40 billion rubles," Kashin said.
