Ukraine imports petroleum gases worth $3.1 b in Q1, 2013

KYIV. April 11 (Interfax) - Ukraine imported associated petroleum gases (Code 2711 of the Ukrainian Goods Classifier for Foreign Economic Activity) to the tune of $3.143 billion January through March 2013.

The total weight of petroleum gases supplied to Ukraine is 5.163 million tonnes, Ukraine's State Customs Service said in a posting on its Web site.

Petroleum gas shipments from Russia were worth $3.055 billion, those from Germany $48.016 million, Belarus $27.662 million, other countries $12.61 million.

The customs service said that Ukraine did not export petroleum gases in the first three months of 2012.

Ukraine in 2012 imported petroleum gases worth $13.187 billion, the total weight of the supplies was 21.472 million tonnes.
