Issue of return to winter time is not finished - Medvedev

MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said the issue of a return to winter daylight saving's time is not finished.

However, he added that it is currently necessary to live on summer time for some awhile.

"I believe we shouldn't make any hasty decisions. The government has made its stance clear: let us see and live on this time. However, that does not mean that the issue is closed once and for all," Medvedev said after giving a report in the State Duma.
