Transneft targets 325.3 bln rubles in project financing in 2014-2015
MOSCOW. April 18 (Interfax) - Transneft plans 325.3 billion rubles in financing for the investment program in 2014-2015, the company said in materials.
The company spent 109 billion rubles on the investment program in 2012 and 161.4 billion rubles in 2013.
Transneft saved 87.1 billion rubles overall in construction of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline project, which was completed last year, according to the findings of the chief state expert review Glavgosexpertiza. The savings amount to 11% of total project costs.
The cost of the investment projects that have now been put into operation are: ESPO-1 for 380.6 billion rubles, ESPO-2 for 275.5 billion rubles, BPS-2 for 107.4 billion rubles, capacity upgrades on ESPO-1 to 50 million tonnes a year for 49.7 billion rubles, Purpe-Samotlor for 45.1 billion rubles, and Skovorodino-Chinese border (the ESPO spur to China) for 12 billion rubles.
Construction of the Kstovo-Nagornaya trunk oil pipeline may cost 23.5 billion rubles. Implementation of the project will only be possible if oil major Lukoil signs an agreement on establishing a long-term tariff for shipments on the pipeline.
